The present invention relates to nucleic acid probe and wide scope primer, that can be used for identifying bacterial species and diagnosis bacterium infection. Especially, the present invention relates to nucleic acid probes to be located at that bacterium for causing to infect originating from the topoisomerase genes near hypervariable area's conserved sequence. The present invention also relates to wide scope primers to be derived from conservative region, topoisomerase genes. Particularly, the method for gene coding gyrB and/or parE albumen of the primer originating from conserved region. Moreover, it relates to which these nucleic acid probes and wide scope primer are used to diagnose the purposes and diagnostic method of bacterium infection, wherein these nucleic acid probes are used together with wide scope primer.
