A drain wire (11) led out from the interior to the exterior of a shielded wire (10) is covered with a heat shrinkable tube (15) made of an insulating resin or with a rubber tube (50) including silicon or EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber). A water-stop agent (16) is penetrated between the element wires of the drain wire in the heat shrinkable tube (15) or the rubber tube (50). In addition, a boundary portion between a terminal (20) connected to an end of the drain wire (11) and the heat shrinkable tube (15) is covered with a rubber stopper (21).
