A method for preparing a pollution-free alkaline water clarifying agent comprising silicate as a principal constituent is provided to prepare a mineral alkaline solution with a high purity of 99.99% which is colorless, odorless and non-harmful to the human body, and has a function of neutralizing the heavy metals and the organic materials by adsorbing and decomposing heavy metals and various organic materials and a function of emitting a large amount of far-infrared rays. A method for preparing a pollution-free alkaline water clarifying agent comprising silicate as a principal constituent comprises: mixing silica powder having a purity of 99.9% and a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 300 mesh or higher as a principal raw material with sodium carbonate(Na2CO3); leaving the mixture alone for a predetermined time; melting the mixture at 1,700 deg.C in a high performance electric furnace; pouring the molten material into a specially fabricated container; leaving the molten material at an ordinary temperature for 12 hours or more to form a transparent glass type irregular solid body that is a concentrated alkaline solid body called as SIOVIS comprising SiO3 as a principal constituent; mixing the SIOVIS solid body with 80 wt.% of distilled water; melting the mixture at 100 to 120 deg.C in a melting furnace for a predetermined time to obtain an alkaline solution with a high concentration of 200,000 ppm; passing the solution through a specially fabricated ultra-precision filter to obtain a final product of a high purity SIOVIS undiluted solution; and packing the high purity SIOVIS undiluted solution in a hygienically treated plastic container.
