An in vitro culture method of porcine parthenotes and cloned embryos is provided to increase cell viability and cell number, inhibit genes associated with cell death, and increase polyamine biosynthesis genes by using polyamines, so that they are easily developed into blastocysts. The method for in vitro culturing porcine parthenotes and cloned embryos into blastocysts comprises adding polyamines into a basic medium of NCSU23, and culturing porcine parthenotes and cloned embryos in the basic medium.
