An in vitro culture method of porcine parthenotes and cloned embryos is provided to increase cell survival rate, inhibit cell death, and reduce expression of genes inducing cell apoptosis by using insulin-lime growth factor-1(IGF-1), so that they are developed into high quality of blastocysts. The porcine parthenotes and cloned embryos are in vitro cultured in a basic medium(NCSU23) containing 0.4% of bovine serum albumin or glutathione by adding insulin-lime growth factor-1(IGF-1), wherein the amount of insulin-lime growth factor-1(IGF-1) is 10 to 100 ng/ml.
