A fixing structure for a canopy of a portable tent is provided to promote the convenience of users by preventing the interference of a canopy and folding a tent easily without removing a canopy separately. A fixing structure for a canopy of a portable tent comprises an upper connecting pole(11) fixed with a hinge connecting piece(11a), a lower connecting pole(15) coupled with the upper connecting pole by a folding member(13) and installed on the ground, an upper connecting tool(20) coupled with the upper connecting pole to be movable radially, a connecting member(22) fixed to the upper connecting tool, a sliding member(24) coupled to the connecting member to ascend and descend, a support(25) coupled to a hinge connecting piece(11a) of the upper connecting pole and a coupling(24a) of the sliding member to support the upper connecting pole, an elastic spring(26) coupled to the connecting member from the upper part of the sliding member, a stopper(28) coupled to the lower end of the connecting member to function as a stopper of the sliding member and connected with a fixing strip fixed to the center of tent cloth to prevent the deflection of the tent cloth, tent cloth(10) provided with many rings(10a) coupled to the upper connecting pole and the lower connecting pole respectively, a canopy(30) coupled to the top and both sides of an entrance(4) of the tent cloth and provided with an electric strip(32) to give elasticity, and a support bar(50) fixed to the upper part of the canopy by a hanging member(34) and coupled with a fixing bar(70) which is coupled to a hinge fixed to the lower connecting pole rotatively.
