The assembly has gutter sections (4, 5), and a throat (2) receiving free ends of the sections at its collecting input. A conveying and connecting hollow section (3) has a front flow channel connected to an evacuation output of the throat for evacuating rain water towards the bottom and a rear maintaining channel for maintaining the hollow section between the top and bottom structures of the building, where rear surfaces of the maintaining channel are equipped for pivoting cross pieces.
