Apparatus for lateral dynamic lateral stabilisation of the spine

The device (9) has two vertebral elements (10, 20) respectively fixed at the same lateral side of a body of two adjacent vertebrae (1, 2). The vertebral elements delimit respective concave and convex surfaces (15, 25). The surfaces are extended along the lateral side and slide with respect to each other so as to define a center of rotation (C) when the elements are implanted on their corresponding vertebrae. The elements are turned with respect to each other around the center of rotation located in an intervertebral disk space separating the vertebrae.
