A stopper of a vessel having a straw is provided to enable a user to have no worry about loss of the straw and use conveniently without a separate straw by integrally installing the straw on the stopper of the vessel. The stopper of a vessel having a straw includes: a main body(16) mounted on an entrance(12) of a vessel(10), and having a straw receiving part(14) formed on an upper surface thereof and a hole(66) formed on one side of the straw receiving part; a straw(18) arranged to be horizontal with the straw receiving part, and inserted into the vessel while piercing a sealing member(24) of the entrance by passing through the hole when being vertically stood; and a coupling screen(20) for guiding the straw to be vertically stood by being connected between the inner periphery of the hole and the outer periphery of the straw.
