RS485 COMMUNICATION SYSTEM OF ISOLATION TYPE AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

An isolation-type RS485 communication system and a method of driving the same are provided to easily detect a communication data error, thereby reducing a maintenance cast of the system. A communication system includes a micom(10) controlling RS485 communication, and an RS485 communication module(30) receiving/transmitting data in RS485 communication technology. A communication isolation transformer(40) is connected to the RS485 communication module to isolate signals from the RS485 communication module and an RS485 communication line. A data modulator(50) is connected between the micom and the RS485 communication module to modulate data input from the micom and restore data input from the RS485 communication module.
