ASSEMBLING DEVICE OF CELLULAR PHONE CAMERA MODULE

An apparatus for assembling a camera module for a cellular phone is provided to semi-automate the assembling work of a sensor module and a lens module, which constitute the camera module, thereby improving the productivity. A camera module assembling apparatus is configured to couple a lens module with a sensor module, wherein the sensor module includes a lens holder installed on a PCB having an image sensor. A lens module fixing unit(19) vacuum-absorbs an upper surface of the lens module. An adhesive applying unit(31) contains an adhesive, which is applied onto the coupling portion between the lens module and the lens module fixing unit. A sensor module fixing unit(40) loads the sensor module. A housing part of the sensor module is coupled with the sensor module fixing unit(40) such that the lens module is coupled with the sensor module. A controller outputs a driving signal to the lens module fixing unit(19), the sensor module fixing unit(40), and the adhesive applying unit(31).
