A device for verifying reception and execution states of telecommands in a satellite control system and a method thereof are provided to service all verifying functions related to the telecommands through a process of verifying an error of a telecommand wireless link and a process of verifying executional results of the telecommands, thus verification for perfect telecommand processing is available. A telecommand receiver(11) receives a telecommand signal from a satellite control device(20).
