A near-infrared measurement apparatus having an auto-correction function and a method using the same are provided to prevent a standard sample from being polluted or lost by integrating the standard sample with a main body. A standard sample is used for correcting to measure an infrared wavelength of a specific region. A probe(110) has an optical source(112) and a light receiving sensor(114) for measuring the standard sample and body information of a user. A switch operation unit(140) is located on a side of an inner main body, and operates a lead switch of an outer main body. A printed circuit board(230) provides a user through a display unit such as a liquid display apparatus by processing information measured in the light receiving sensor(114). A spring pushes the inner main body by a pressure force. A power supply unit(250) provides a power energy from an external apparatus. A power switch(260) applies a power energy. A lead switch for correction(270) applies a power energy to perform a correction initially. A lead switch for measurement(280) applies a power energy to measure body information of a user.
