Method for manufacturing nanohybrid particle using for biomolecule detection, biomolecule detection system, biomolecule detection method, and analysis apparatus using for biomolecule detection using nanohybrid particle
Provided are a method for manufacturing nano-hybrid particle used for detecting a biomolecule, and a biomolecule detection system and method for detecting a biomolecule in a convenient manner at low costs. The nano-hybrid particle is manufactured by preparing core particles, and nano-particles to be coated around the core particles; measuring zeta potential for pH; examining a pH section with zeta potentials of opposite symbols; titrating pH of a mixed solution of the core particles and the nano-particles; forming nano-hybrid particles where the nano-particles are coated around the core particles; collecting the nano-hybrid particles by using a magnet; and drying the collected nano-hybrid particles to obtain nano-hybrid particle powder. The analysis apparatus for biomolecule detection comprises a magnetic force generation wire(230a), a magnetic force change sensing wire(230b), a power distribution unit(240a), a power distribution sensor(240b), a magnetic force change sensor(250), and a power generator(260).
