A system for evaluation ventilation control of a fire in a tunnel is provided to secure a threshold speed for preventing a back flow of hot air and smoke while securing guideline for evacuation at a initial fire occurring in a longitudinal ventilation tunnel by setting, simulating, and analyzing a fire scenario. The system comprises a central controller(110), fire detectors(100a-100n) linked with the central controller, jet fans(160a-160n), wind velocity sensor(170a-170n), and an alarm part(150). The central controller comprises a vehicle counting module(121), a wind velocity calculating module(123), a wind velocity controlling module(125), and an evacuation operating module(127). The wind velocity calculating module calculates the wind velocity in the tunnel by considering an input value for traffic flow and an operation state of the jet fans. The wind velocity controlling module performs fuzzy reasoning for keeping a target wind velocity by using the current wind velocity of the tunnel and a wind velocity change for a control cycle as control input, and computes a jet fan operation stage.
