摘要

Provided are an electron transport layer composition, an electron transport layer prepared from the composition, and an organic electroluminescent device containing the electron transport layer which is improved in luminous efficiency and lifetime characteristics and is lowered in drive voltage. An electron transport layer composition comprises Al2O3; a soluble titanium precursor; and a solvent. Preferably the soluble titanium precursor is at least one selected from the compound represented by Ti(OR)4 (wherein R are independently CH3CO-CH=CCH3-, C2H5OCO-CH=CCH3-, -CH3CH-COO^- NH4^+, -COR', -CO(C6H4)COOR'', or a C1-C10 alkyl group) and the compound represented by formulae 2, 3 and 4. In the formula 2, R is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkyl group, and R' is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkyl group; in the formula 3, R is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group; and in the formula 4, R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C10 alkyl group.
