A valve noise reduction structure of an air conditioner for automobiles comprises a module case(110), a plurality of air suction ducts(120), a switching valve(130), a case seat(140) and a deceleration member(150). The plurality of the air suction valves is installed in an upper side of the module case, and suction outer air. The switching valve is installed in an inlet of the respective air suction valves, and opens and closes the inlet. The case seat forms a boundary between the air suction ducts, and shuts off inflow of outer air by allowing a blade(131) of one end to be contacted when closing the switching valve. One deceleration member or more is installed on the case, and performs buffer action between the switching valve and the case seat.
