An apparatus for inspecting automatically an O-ring is provided to inspect precisely an O-ring by inspecting the upper surface, the lower surface, the lateral surface and circularity of an O-ring through each camera. An O-ring(2) is transferred by a conveyor. A first inspection part(200) is installed on the conveyor, including upper and lateral inspection cameras(280,281) for inspecting the upper surface and the lateral surface of the O-ring. A second inspection part(300) is installed on a side of the conveyor, including lower, lateral and circularity cameras(350,351,352) for inspecting the lower surface, lateral surface and circularity of the O-ring. A rotation conveyor can be installed between the first and the second inspection parts wherein one end of the rotation conveyor is inserted into a transfer conveyor for transferring horizontally the O-ring to come in contact with the transfer conveyor as a shape of a circular arc so that the O-ring having passed through the first inspection part is reversed and supplied to the second inspection part.
