A method for making cosmetic containers is provided to improve transparency of cosmetic containers by extruding a uniform molten material. A method for making cosmetic containers includes a step of obtaining a uniform molten material of two or more types of polymers by heating two or more types of thermoplastic polymers to the temperature exceeding a melting point, a step of co-extruding two or more types of thermoplastic polymers by an open mold through a co-extrusion hollow molding head, a step of forming a hollow molded structure having an inner surface and an outer surface by hollowing molding two or more types of thermoplastic polymeric materials by an extrusion hollow molding machine, a step of forming a multi-layer hollow molded structure by hollow molding the extruded polymer, and a step of cooling an inside and an outside of the hollow molded structure at the temperature lower than 22 deg.C by a first cooling unit and a second cooling unit during formation of the hollow molded structure.
