METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING LEVEE WITH ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT

A construction method of an eco-friendly embankment is provided to cut down construction cost by constructing the embankment without filler such as rubble, and to preserve an ecosystem by taking root in the ground and planting. A ground surface is formed in a slope or an embankment of a river, and earth is evenly flattened or soil is mixed with organic or inorganic fertilizer to sow seeds(S11). The ground is covered with loss preventive textile to prevent loss of soil in the ground against rainwater and sprout and protect the seed by preserving heat of the ground surface(S12). A gabion is placed on the loss preventive textile to protect the loss preventive textile against heavy rain(S13). The gabion on the loss preventive textile is fastened firmly on the ground by driving a fixing member to the embankment or the slope(S14). A screen having a mesh smaller than the gabion is covered additionally after covering the loss preventive textile.
