A constructing method of an ecological bank is provided to firstly protect the environment and preclude the constructing cost from rising without using the filler. A constructing method of an ecological bank is composed of a step(S21) of forming the ground, mixing organic and inorganic fertilizers in the soil, and leveling the ground; a step(S22) of widely spreading a seed shell-shaped mattress on the ground by using a gabion wire net having square, pentagonal, or hexagonal net eyes and a seed mattress; and a step(S23) of fixing a fixing member on a bank or a slope to fix the seed shell-shaped mattress on the ground. The seed shell-shaped mattress contains a screen net between the gabion wire net and the seed mattress.
