PURPOSE: An integrated thermal on-line protector system is provided to integrate functions of a control element assembly calculator and a core protection calculator. CONSTITUTION: An integrated thermal on-line protector system includes a plurality of integrated thermal on-line protectors(10,11,12,13)(ITOP), a maintenance and test panel(27)(MTP) and an operator module(28)(OM), and a control element assembly position display(29)(CEAPD). The integrated thermal on-line protectors includes a CPU(Central Processing Unit) calculating a departure from nucleate boiling ratio(DNBR) and a local power density(LPD) by integrating operations of a core protection calculator(CPC) and a control element assembly calculator(CEAC), an auxiliary calculator module, and a common and input/output module. The maintenance and test panel receives core driving information through an intra channel network. The operator module enables operators to monitor the core driving information in real time. The control element assembly position display displays the control electrode position information from the maintenance and test panel in graphics.
