A heater structure of a bidet is provided to easily manufacture the bidet without a complicated structure of the heater by preventing the earth leakage due to the use of the radiating lamp such as a halogen lamp. A heater structure of a bidet comprises a heater cover(70); a halogen lamp(100) placed in the heater cover to emit heat if the power is applied; a protecting cover(80) covering the halogen lamp; a fan(80) for transferring the heat generated from the halogen lamp to a user; and a radiating plate(91) placed around the halogen lamp. The halogen lamp is coated with ceramics. The halogen lamp has one of U and Ф-shapes. A bracket is contained to support the halogen lamp.
