A drain pipe perforating device is provided to readily perforate a drain pipe by using a high pressure of air generated from a compressor. A drain pipe perforating device comprises an air storage tank(20), a support pipe(40), and an air guide member(50). The air storage tank stores a compressed air generated from a compressor. The support pipe has a valve body for controlling the air supplied from the air storage tank, and a side or lower connection part formed at its tip. The air guide member injects the compressed air into the air storage tank. The air guide member includes a core part, a cushion part(52), a coupling part, and an injection part. The core part is formed of a metal material. The cushion part is formed of synthetic resin material and tilted at an outer side of the core part. The coupling part is coupled to the side or lower connection part. The injection part injects the compressed air. The coupling part and the injection part are connected by a plurality of air passages.
