A construction waste classifying and transferring method using vibrating and vertical shock absorbing units is provided to easily blow out foreign materials like papers, wood, and vinyl fitted among the aggregates in blowing the air by dropping the crushed aggregates after loosening the clustered aggregates. At least one transferring conveyor step for transferring the clustered construction waste containing foreign materials is executed by a classifying and transferring device. The classifying and transferring device is composed of a friction pad(1) coming into contact with a conveyor belt rotating on a conveyor; a load and vibration transferring member(2) fixing and supporting the lower side of the friction pad and transferring load sent from an upper part to the lower part and vibration transmitted from the lower part to the upper part; a shock absorbing unit(3) installed at the lower part of the load and vibration transferring member and composed of coil springs(31) installed among four combining parts(21) of the load and vibration transferring member and a shock absorbing unit support member(5) to supply elastic force, an amplitude regulating upper member(32) installed in the coil spring to control the vertical amplitude of the coil spring and fixed at the lower side of the load and vibration transferring member, and an amplitude regulating lower member(33) separated from the amplitude regulating upper member at a predetermined gap and fixed at the upper part of the shock absorbing unit support member; a vibrating unit(4) mounted on the lower part of the load and vibration transferring member; the shock absorbing unit support member supporting the shock absorbing unit from the lower side; and front and rear roller members(6,7) installed on the front and rear shock absorbing unit support members of the load and vibration transferring member to control the inclination of the conveyor belt coming into contact with the friction pad. Therefore, the construction waste classifying and transferring method produces recycled aggregates by transferring the waste materials and foreign materials with widely spreading the waste materials and foreign materials by vertically absorbing shock and vibration.
