A working device for cell experiment and observation is provided to have improved structure to be able to optimize the environment condition of a working space when various experiments and observations are done on cells. The working device for cell experiment and observation(100) comprises a case(10) which is formed inside to be isolated from the outside and has a working space(116) where cells are placed, a CO2 supplying portion which supplies CO2 to the working space so as to control the CO2 concentration of air contained in the working space, and a circulation tool which circulates the air contained in the working space and is characterized in that the case includes an outlet(114a) to allow the air to be flown out and an inlet(111a) to allow the air to be flown in, the circulation tool includes a duct(211,212,213) which is respectively connected to the inlet and outlet and has a flow path(211a) to allow the contained air to be able to flow and a fan(22) placed on the flow path of the duct to circulate the air, and the flow path of the duct includes a parallel flow portion(212aa) having regular width along the air circulation direction, a first taper flow portion(212ab) connected to one side of the parallel flow portion and having an expanded width along the air circulation direction and a second taper flow portion(212ac) connected to the other side of the parallel flow portion and having an expanded width along the opposite direction of the air circulation direction. The device further comprises a heating portion(60) which heats the air contained in the working space and includes a film heater(51), a heater(52) and a filter portion(70) which purifies the air contained in the working space.
