MANUFACTURING METHOD OF INSULATING OIL USED VEGETABLE OIL AND THE ISOLATING OIL BY THE METHOD

Provided are a method for preparing a vegetable insulating oil, and a vegetable insulating oil prepared by the method which is excellent in oxidation stability and is biodegradable. A method comprises the step of reacting a mixture vegetable oil which comprises 40-45 parts by weight of a soybean oil and 55-60 parts by weight of a rapeseed oil with ethyl alcohol in the presence of an aluminosilicate catalyst. Preferably the aluminosilicate catalyst is zeolite and the amount is 0.2-0.6 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the mixture vegetable oil. Preferably the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 140-170 deg.C for 3-5 hours.
