PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of vegetable oil cake, a device for production of vegetable oil cake and a production management system of vegetable oil cake in which dew formation is restricted at vegetable oil cake manufacturing step by managing a dew formation temperature after cooling step at a vegetable oil cake manufacturing step.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for production of vegetable oil cake including a drying step and a cooling step showing a feature that a dew point temperature and a temperature in any space where vegetable oil cake flows are measured within 15 minutes from an outlet at the cooling step to a time after an outlet of the cooling step and a drying step and/or the cooling step is controlled in such a way that the dew point temperature becomes lower than the temperature by 1°C or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
