The present invention discloses a condenser microphone in which the contact area between the PCB and the conductive ring is narrowed during assembly to improve noise characteristics.;In the condenser microphone according to the present invention, a diaphragm and spacer, a back plate, an insulating ring, and a conductive ring are inserted into a case, and then the end surface of the case is attached to the PCB substrate, and the capacitor microphone is cured by inserting the PCB substrate. The conductive ring is bent in one direction to have elasticity. When assembling, the protruding portion of the bent portion is in contact with the conductive ring connection pattern on the PCB substrate, and both sides thereof are in contact with the back plate by pressing the back plate. The ring connection pattern is narrowly formed so as to be in contact with the protrusion of the conductive ring. When assembling the condenser microphone with the parts, the internal parts are firmly connected between the substrate and the case by the elasticity of the conductive ring.
