A water stopping mat constructing structure for levee water leakage prevention is provided to reduce a construction time of a water stopping mat by fixing the water stopping mat with the post into which mortar is injected. A water stopping mat constructing structure of levee water leakage prevention includes a water stopping mat(10), a planting block(20), and a post(30). The water stopping mat is attached to an entire plane of a levee(1) to prevent water from permeating into the inside of the levee, and has fixing holes(17) at a central part at regular intervals. The planting block has a predetermined space into which earth is inserted to plant a plant, and a plurality of drain holes(21) on an outer plane, and is formed on a front plane of the water stopping mat so that the water stopping mat is supported to the levee. The post has a hollow shape to inject mortar. The post has a flange with a fixing groove(31) to insert and fix the fixing hole of the water stopping mat thereto. A fixing ring(15) is connected to an upper part of the water stopping mat through a wire(17a). The water stopping mat is fixed on the levee by connecting the fixing ring to a fixing post(19) which is vertically fixed on an upper plane of the levee.
