A glove box with high temperature and vacuum furnace is provided to reduce percent defective, to increase productivity, and to manufacture high quality of lamps. A glove box(11) with high temperature and vacuum furnace is used in a sintering of an inner tube of an HID lamp performed under high vacuum mood without moisture and oxygen, and is coupled with a gas purifying device(18) to effectively remove the moisture and oxygen so as to maintain the high vacuum state. The gas purifying device includes a heater installed therein to heat the inside the gas purifying device at 140 degrees centigrade to 250 degrees centigrade, a tower having oxygen removing catalyst, and a tower having a heater and a moisture removing catalyst. The moisture and oxygen are rapidly removed by the oxygen removing catalyst and the moisture removing catalyst. A vacuum pump is used to maintain the air mood in the glove box at the high vacuum state. In order to remove the oxygen and moisture in association with an oxygen sensor and a moisture sensor, the air mood in the glove box is corresponded to the mood of the sintering.
