A structure for preventing plugging of a jacket chute is provided to prevent skull from being stuck to the jacket chute. In a jacket chute for injecting subsidiary raw materials into a converter, a structure for preventing plugging of a jacket chute comprises: a pipe connected to a hood formed above the converter; a plurality of cooling water pipes(110) arranged in a circular shape on an inner surface of the pipe; and a plurality of wear resistant cemented carbide liners(120) fixed to the plurality of cooling water pipes in an inner direction of the circular shape along which the cooling water pipes are arranged, wherein spaces between the cemented carbide liners are filled by cemented carbide welding(140), outer surfaces of the cemented carbide liners are consistent with a welding face in the cemented carbide welding, the cemented carbide liners are formed on one or two of the cooling water pipes in a corresponding width, the cooling water pipes are membrane tubes, and round bars(130) are installed between the plurality of cooling water pipes in a length direction of the cooling water pipes.
