A central management enterprise resource management system capable of linking with a database is provided to assign a node to each user using the same ASP(Active Server Page) platform at a low cost by installing a resource management database to a control center, enabling the control center to integrally manage the resource management database, and using a resource management program. A client(300) provides an interface to the user and includes a web browser required for connecting to a web server. The ASP platform(200) includes a service linker(210) comprising an application register, a use configuration executer, and a service manager(220) comprising an authentication/security part and a customer and operation manager. The control center(100) includes a database server(120), a file server(110) comprising an automatic upgrade module, a connection module, and a configuration module, and a data link server(130). The control center permits the client to select/use needed resource management packet modules, integrally manages the database server, enables the resource management program to download the updated module to the client, and manages metadata information related to database link of the client.
