A multi-purpose construction interior material manufacturing method is provided to prevent the construction interior material from being deformed or bent during a drying process by drying a cotton kneaded composition with placing the composition in a mold made of a polyethylene mesh and a metal mesh. A multi-purpose construction interior material manufacturing method comprises the steps of: making a great quantity of fiber balls by mixing the waste falling fiber powder of 30kg, sodium alginate of 4,5kg as a thickening agent, and pentaerythritol of 2.7kg and diammonium phosphate of 4.2kg as a flame retardant at 40RPM(Revolution Per Minute) for 15 minutes in a mixer; making a cotton kneaded composition(10) with high viscosity by kneading the fiber balls and water of 140kg at 30RPM for 30 minutes in a kneader; putting the cotton kneaded composition into an extruder, extruding the cotton kneaded composition in the shape of a wide mat in a mold(20) made of a polyethylene mesh(21) and a metal mesh such as stainless, transferring the extruded material by a conveyor, and embossing the surface of the cotton kneaded composition in the natural uneven form by spraying same materials of the cotton kneaded composition on the surface of the cotton kneaded composition through an automatic spraying machine; spraying the color paints of various colors on the surface of the mat-shaped cotton kneaded composition having the natural uneven surface; and transferring the mat-shaped cotton kneaded composition to a drying chamber with placing the mat-shaped cotton kneaded composition in the mold and then drying the mat-shaped cotton kneaded composition in a horizontal state at 60°C without bending, in order to evaporate moisture of the upper and bottom sides of the cotton kneaded composition at the same time.
