MICROCONTACT PRINTING DEVICE OF ROLL-TO-ROLL PRINTING TYPE

摘要

A micro-contact printing device of roll-to-roll print type is provided to form a micro metal pattern on a paper or plastic substrate by using an elastomer stamp enclosing an outer periphery of a roller. A supply unit(20) is installed on a frame(10) to supply a substrate(1) with a metal thin film(2) in a traveling path of the frame. A transfer unit(80) is installed on the traveling path to travel the substrate along the traveling path. A print unit(30) forms a predetermined print pattern on the metal thin film of the substrate passing between a pair of print rollers which are rotatably installed on the frame. An etching unit(40) is installed on the traveling path to etch the metal thin film by using the print pattern as a mask.
