A revolving apparatus of a mobile phone is provided to avoid movement of a display which rises as rotating, thereby preventing generation of scratches on the mobile phone and improving the reliability and stability of operation for the revolving apparatus. A case(100) is equipped with a vertical axial hole which is vertically connected. A fixed shaft(200) is rotatively combined with a rotative member(300), while upper flanges(210) and lower flanges(220) are integratedly formed to be assembled and fixed to the vertical axial hole of the case(100). Revolving units(RM) consist of rising cams integratedly formed along a lower edge of the rotative member(300), and fixed cams integratedly formed on the case(100) to raise the rotative member(300) by guiding the rising cams.
