METHOD FOR TREATING STENOSING DISEASES OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD VESSELS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves treating injured blood vessel projections with infrared laser radiation. The tissues supplied with blood by the blood vessels and hemopoietic organs are additionally exposed to remote or contact action of infrared laser radiation. Spongious bones of the sternum, iliac bones, sacral and vertebral column bones are used as the hemopoietic organs subjected to the action after having finished blood-supplied tissue treatment irrespective of injured peripheral blood vessels disposition. Only those spongious cerebral bones or middle metacarpal bones are treated, which are located in the injured peripheral blood vessels zone. They are treated concurrently with the blood-supplied tissue treatment. Injured blood vessel projections are treated in remote or contact mode over the 10-50 cm long segment at the points 0.5-1 cm distant from each other with exposure time of 1-4 s in each point. The tissues supplied with blood by the blood vessels are treated during 2-7 min in each area. Each hemopoietic organ is treated during 2-4 min in remote mode. Treatment in contact mode is applied to hemopoietic organs is concentrated in points being 1 cm far from each other, each area being treated during 2-5 min. Laser radiation of 5-10 W and 0.4-0.5 W are used in performing remote and contact treatment, respectively. The number of sessions is equal to 5-14.;EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
