The fan of a motor vehicle has an annular louver module (3) which has a vane carrier (30) upon which vanes (31) are pivotably movably mounted, and an adjusting ring (32) fastened to the vane carrier and holding the vanes in their control positions. The adjusting ring is held on the vane carrier by fastening means in the axial direction of the fan. Spring elements are provided as the fastening means. The louver module and the fan rotor (2) are fitted on the fan shroud (10) from the same side.
