The device has built-in reflectors which produce flashing signals when an external light source impinges upon them. The flashing is produced by the movement of the device changing the reflector surface that is visible from a given point, from a maximum to a minium surface. The movement is preferably a rotary motion produced by wind power, or via a drive.
