The system has a primary sled (1) movable by an impulse, and carrying a vehicle side frame (6). A movable secondary sled (2) includes a vehicle seat firmly connected to the sled (2), where a dummy (3) is placed on the seat. The side frame and the seat are dynamically movable by actuators (9) for representing penetrating kinematics of the side frame in a vehicle internal space, during a side collision. The actuators adjust rotary and translatory movement of the vehicle side frame and the seat.
