The section (4) has a base plate (8) arranged parallel to an external course of the body, and the sections are arranged at two sides of the axis of rotation. The base plate is attached to a body section (1a), which is running in an area parallel to the external course of the body, by a connecting unit (11) running perpendicular to the base plate.
