The system has pole electrode systems (11, 12), each having a surface consisting of grids of structural components. The structural components lying next to each other are fed with different high frequency voltages. A near field is formed from each pole electrode system, where the near field is formed from the strong non-homogenous electrical high frequency dipole fields between the structural components and a far field. The far field is obtained from the high frequency voltages over the surfaces of the structural components and forms a multipole field.
