Transdermal therapeutic system, comprises a carrier layer (cover of the matrix); an adhesive layer with a content of fentanyl and analogs; and an removable protection layer, where the adhesive matrix consists of a pressure sensitive copolymer containing undissolved particle, which is not obtained from the active agent and the system is free of permeation amplifier. Transdermal therapeutic system, comprises a carrier layer (cover of the matrix); an adhesive layer with a content of fentanyl and analogs such as sufentanil, lofentanil, alfentanil, carfentanil, remifentanil or other active agent; and an removable protection layer, where the adhesive matrix consists of a pressure sensitive copolymer containing undissolved particle, which is not obtained from the active agent and the system is free of permeation amplifier, and the undissolved particle is obtained from: (a) at least one organic hydroxy-salt of carbonates, sulfates, phosphates, chlorides or fluoride; (b) at least one organic salt of carbonates, sulfates, phosphates, chlorides or fluoride; (c) at least one inorganic calcium salt of carbonates, sulfates, phosphates, chlorides or fluoride; and (d) at least one natural 1,4-glycosidic high molecular carbohydrate of pectins, arabinane or galactane.
