The method involves foaming a foamable material e.g. elastic material, in an elastic form (4) e.g. plastic form, where the elastic form is reversibly deformed. The form is stabilized or supported by an inflexible supporting device e.g. perforated plate. The supporting device is used for combining multi-part forms. An opening is formed for filling the form and for ejection of the foamable material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an abrasive particle for cleaning inner walls of a pipe and/or a hose (2) a form for manufacturing an abrasive particle.
