The motor cycle and/or scooter has three seats (1, 2, 3), which are arranged linearly one after another, and a dual wheel placed on the same axis and utilized as rear wheel (6). The rear wheel possesses the same cross-sectional dimension as a front wheel (7). Foot rests and/or foot stop surfaces are assigned to the seats, respectively, and a luggage container (8) is arranged behind the third seat (3). Handholds (4, 5) are assigned to the two seats (2, 3), and the drive of the motor cycle and/or scooter is carried out by the rear wheel.
