A coil spring (39) is arranged outside of a truncated conical winding shaft (25) within the side part (6) of a window framework. The spring, which biases the shaft into the window blind rolling up mode, has a fixed end (41) and a drift end (42). The drift end is connected to one end of the winding shaft via hook mechanism (27). The length of the winding shaft is 10 to 40 percent of the length of the framework side part.
