The window has a lamella (1) with insulating glass plates supported at an external side in a stainless steel holder. An articulation piece (9) fixed at a push rod (6) effects the rotation movement of the lamella. The piece is moved by the rod, which operates perpendicular to longitudinal direction of the lamella. The movement of the piece is transferred to the lamella by angle levers (3, 4), and the rotating axle of the lever lies in a frame (2) of the lamella window. The inner part of the frame is connected with an outer part of the frame by a fastener.
