The composite material has a bond layer (91) e.g. plexiglass adhesive or aluminium foam layer, provided between two layers (10, 20), where the layer (10) exhibits rock e.g. granite, quartz, or feldspar, and the layer (20) exhibits a metal. The metal is selected from the group consisting of aluminium, titanium, magnesium, iron, tungsten, vanadium, molybdenum or nickel, where the layer thickness of the layer (10) is below 2 millimeter, and the layer thickness of the layer (20) is below 10 millimeter.
