The device has a cylindrical revolution pipe (44) including two ends that respectively form an air flow inlet and an air flow outlet. A gutter (101) is used for recuperating liquid phase contained in the air flow, and a helical wall (102) has convexity oriented towards a centre of the revolution pipe. The gutter has a base wall (101a), whose longitudinal edge is struck to an inner wall of the revolution pipe, and a lateral wall (101b) extending from other longitudinal edge of the base wall parallel to the inner wall of the pipe.
