A cover (25) is connected to the mounting piece by a flexible hinge (26), and closes the distribution orifice. The mounting piece defines a flat sealing zone (21) which is in sealed contact with an opening of a fluid reservoir, and a peripheral contact zone (22) which is in contact with the base body.
